an engaging workshop led by Dr. Yuha Jung, a leading expert in the intersection of AI, law, and cultural production. Dr. Jung is a licensed attorney and professor of Arts Administration at the University of Kentucky. This session will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping the creative industries, raising critical questions about intellectual property (IP), authorship, and artistic integrity. We will discuss the opportunities AI offers for innovation and creativity while addressing the ethical, legal, and practical challenges it introduces.
This workshop will also serve as a platform for artists, cultural practitioners, and industry professionals to share their experiences and voice their needs regarding AI integration into their work. Your input will help shape the Center for AI, Law, and Cultural Production’s (a proposed research center at the University of Kentucky) research and outreach initiatives.
This workshop will be hosted at LexArts in the benefactor’s room- 161 N Mill street. There will also be a zoom option available.
