Washington D.C. Attorney General Brian Schwalb has filed a lawsuit against Amazon. The lawsuit claims Amazon has excluded two underserved D.C. ZIP codes from expedited delivery since 2022 while charging full Prime subscription fees. The lawsuit claims Amazon stopped using its delivery trucks in two ZIP codes, relying on UPS and USPS and causing extended delivery times. The lawsuit also seeks damages, penalties, and an end to Amazon’s practices.
