King Charles has paid tribute to the "enduring friendship" between Britain and Qatar, as His Majesty hosted Qatar's Emir at a State Banquet at Buckingham Palace.
Queen Camilla attended the gathering, despite not taking part in outdoor elements of the Emir's two-day visit as she recovers from pneumonia. But Princess Kate was absent, as she continues a gradual return to public duties after she began treatment for cancer in February.
