Dress code, public ownership and integrity commission issues debated with a new Speaker at the Assembly’s helm

Now as we just heard the debate over my-way plus dominated the first official sitting of the new legislative assembly. But elsewhere new members have begun giving their first speeches with one drawing the speaker's ire over their choice of clothing.
