Spain: Thousands protest in Valencia against flood management
Several thousand people marched through Valencia, driven by a mix of 'exhaustion' and 'indignation', to protest the authorities' handling of the late-October floods in Spain, which claimed 230 lives. The demonstration in the city center was marked by chants of 'Mazón, resign,' directed at Carlos Mazón, the conservative president of the Valencia region.
