Kaohsiung Councilor Indicted for Corruption, Barred From Leaving Country

Kaohsiung City Councilor Huang Shao-ting has been indicted for corruption, accused of falsely claiming US$450,000 in assistant fees. He's barred from traveling and is being electronically monitored while awaiting trial.
