An investigation has been launched after a wheelchair user was told she gave “disabled people a bad name” during a bus row.
Nargis Fakhri filmed a heated interaction on the 140 Arriva service at Strood Retail Park, Kent - where she claims the driver wouldn't let her on as there was already a pushchair in the designated space.
