Lana Del Rey is returning to Scotland as she earlier announced a performance at Hampden Park in summer 2025 as part of her UK and Ireland tour.
The American singer will be playing Scotland’s national stadium in the Southside of Glasgow on 26 June next year with tickets going on sale this Friday 29 November.
She has also announced dates in Cardiff, Liverpool, Dublin and London.
It’s set to be a big summer for live music in Glasgow with Sting, Stereophonics and Simple Minds having also announced shows.
While born in New York Lana Del Rey quite surprisingly has a personal connection to Scotland, once saying Glasgow is where she is happiest.
From 2011 to 2013 she dated a local musician named Barrie James O’Neill who was in the band Kassidy and she ended up spending a lot of time in the city, where she was spotted wearing a Celtic FC top and shopping at a Southside Co-Op.
There were even rumours her song West Coast was about Ayr Beach though it is actually about her Californian hometown.
