Roxy's video shows the dire condition of Calle Alicante in Catarroja, Spain, amid the recent flooding disaster.
Several cars are seen submerged in floodwater, too deep for any vehicle to be driven through.
The footage focuses on a panicked man attempting to save himself from drowning by climbing onto a car. To make matters worse, the video also shows a power outage hitting the area in the dead of night.
"Thankfully, the man you see in this video was saved," Roxy told WooGlobe.
