In the Southern Parth of the Country near Puducherry, Mtandt Ltd worked along with Reliance Infrastructure Ltd to construct the pavement from Vikkravandi to Pinalur- Sethiyatopu (NH-45 C) by PORTACELL Rigid Geocell.
Mtandt has developed an ecofriendly green solution along with CRRI experts to replace the Cement Stabilised layer. Strain Guage was also installed at the Subgrade level to study the load distribution behaviour.
The PORTACELL Geocell System was proved to reduce the intensity of Pressure on the Subgrade by 70-80 % which in turn reduces the Rutting in the Pavement. Find out how we did it, watch now!
