A 31-year-old businessman pleaded not guilty in the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate's Court on Tuesday (Nov 19) to a charge of dangerous driving, which resulted in the death of a seven-year-old girl four days ago.
P. Kuhan Raj was accused of driving a BMW car at high speed and causing the death of pillion rider, Nur Naura Nathifa Mohd El-Khuwailid, on the Bukit Jalil highway heading towards Puchong at 9.50pm on November 15.
