Elon Musk has escalated his legal battle against OpenAI and Microsoft, filing an amended antitrust lawsuit in San Francisco that accuses the companies of collusion to dominate artificial intelligence. The suit also accuses OpenAI CEO Sam Altman of “self-dealing” and creating a “de facto merger” with Microsoft. Musk alleges the defendants pressured investors to avoid funding xAI and claims OpenAI misled him about its nonprofit intentions.
