An airstrike in the Tayouneh neighborhood on the outskirts of Beirut leveled a building on Friday. The densely populated area, home to residential buildings, businesses, and a police center, saw a large fireball and smoke rising from the impact.
The strike occurred 50 minutes after an evacuation warning was reportedly issued for the area. Authorities have not yet confirmed if there were any casualties or injuries.
