Taiwan's Central Weather Administration (CWA) has issued land and sea warnings for Typhoon Usagi. The storm is expected to bring heavy winds and rains over the weekend, and the CWA is predicting high waves along the eastern and southwestern coasts and the outlying Orchid and Green islands.
