Biden and Trump Promise 'Smooth' Transition of Power in White House Talks

Outgoing President Joe Biden and President-elect Donald Trump have met for the first time since the U.S. election in the White House.  The leaders committed to a smooth transition of power and discussed national security and domestic issues.
