World leaders and delegations from 21 countries are gathering in the Peruvian capital Lima for the annual APEC forum. Among them are U.S. President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping, who will meet for the first time since last year's APEC summit in California. They're expected to discuss the Russia-Ukraine war, the South China Sea, cybersecurity and Taiwan.
