As long as you install hub-centric Ford F-150 wheel spacers properly, they won’t cause vibration. Most wheel vibration problems are blamed on lug-centric wheel spacers. A lug-centric spacer means there is a big hole in the middle. The lug holes are also made larger to fit a variety of vehicles. Without a snug fit, these lug-centric wheel spacers are centered on the Ford F-150’s hubs only by wheel lugs. If you are using these cheap spacers, there is a high risk of wheel shaking.
