US President-elect Donald Trump said on Tuesday (Nov 12) Elon Musk and former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy will lead the newly created Department of Government Efficiency, while a host of other names were announced for key roles including defence, homeland security and running the CIA.
