The Moscow region has faced its largest drone attack since the conflict with Ukraine began.
On Sunday, Russia’s Ministry of Defense reported that 34 drones heading toward Moscow were shot down over the Moscow region. Another 36 drones were intercepted over other Russian regions.
On the same day, Ukraine’s air force reported a record attack of 145 Russian drones.
President Zelenskyy stated that, over the past week, Russia deployed more than 800 guided bombs, around 600 attack drones, and nearly 20 missiles.
