The EU’s foreign policy chief Josep Borrell and his South Korean counterpart Cho Tae-yul have held their first strategic meetings to discuss the deployment of North Korean troops in Russia for the war in Ukraine. The two sides stressed the urgent need to bolster their security and defense cooperation in the face of increasing cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang.
