This small, delicate nun moth sat quietly on a parked car, its pale wings barely moving in the soft breeze.
Ileana, noticing the tiny creature, felt a wave of compassion wash over her.
Wanting to help, she carefully filled a bottle cap with water and gently approached the moth.
As she held out the cap, the moth responded immediately, as though it had been waiting for this very moment.
Its tiny mouthparts dipped into the water, drinking eagerly, as if quenching a thirst that had gone unrelieved for years.
