Stranded Chinese Ship Patched Up To Prevent Oil Leaks

Work crews have patched up a Chinese cargo ship stranded off north Taiwan due to Typhoon Kong-rey to prevent possible oil leaks. The plan is to pump out the oil on board, remove the cargo and then get the ship unstuck.
