Intl conference brings new energy to women, peace, security agenda
Presidential Peace Adviser Carlito Galvez Jr., Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo, Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman, Philippine Commission on Women Ermelita Valdeavilla, and Asean Institute for Peace and Reconciliation Executive Director Gusti Agung Wesaka Puja hold a press conference on the sidelines of the International Conference on Women, Peace, and Security (ICWPS) in Pasay City on Oct. 30, 2024.
