Finally all rumors especially from “very famous” social media journalist who were claiming that Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa will accept the offer of government for the extension of his tenure as chief justice of Pakistan.
During his tenure not only before but after becoming CJP he faced lots of criticism but hats off to Justice Qazi to stand stood against all the pressure from fellow colleague and social media of PTI.
The practice of taking extension is very bad indeed and Mr. Isa did very good by not taking this opportunity and in my personal view I think Chief of the Army Staff General Asim Munir should also not take the extension of offered by the government.
