Wang Haoze will join the Shenzhou-19 mission, becoming the third Chinese woman to participate in a crewed spaceflight, following Liu Yang and Wang Yaping.
The Shenzhou-19 spaceship is set to launch early Wednesday from northwest China, with the crew planning a six-month stay in orbit.
