Charlie didn't need to be told that he had finally arrived in Iceland; the view from his airplane window made that abundantly clear.
"As we were flying into the Iceland airport, we got told by the air hostess to look out the window as there had been an eruption," Charlie told WooGlobe.
Rightfully so, Charlie remains in awe of the fiery spectacle the entire time, astounded by the height the billowing smoke has managed to attain.
It was undoubtedly an experience that will live rent-free in his head for years to come.
