A misunderstanding causes Benita to believe the teenaged Joy is actually 80 years of age.
It's Joy's 16th birthday, but she thinks the guys have forgotten. The guys plan a surprise birthday party, but trick Sparky into thinking Joy is really 80 years old, and each of them are pushing 70 themselves. Benita Bizarre overhears their little joke and thinks that the Bugaloos must have the Fountain of Youth. She kidnaps Sparky, and holds him for ransom, until the Bugaloos produce water from this Fountain of Youth.
