Eutelsat, the world's third-largest satellite operator, launched twenty satellites on Sunday using SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket from California's Vandenberg Space Force Base. This marks the first satellite launch since Eutelsat’s merger with OneWeb last year. CEO Eva Berneke stated that the Paris-based company plans to launch additional satellites in the coming years to expand its communications network. Eutelsat operates a constellation of over 600 low-earth orbit satellites, providing services to telecom companies, broadcasters, and radio stations. The company expects revenue growth starting next year from its ventures into in-flight connectivity and other services.
