"Am I a threat to the Dewan Rakyat when I cannot speak?" asked Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal at a press conference at Parliament in Kuala Lumpur on Monday (Oct 21).
The Machang MP urged the Dewan Rakyat Speaker not to bar him from listening to the parliamentary proceeding at the public gallery.
