This gripping video captures the devastation caused by Hurricane Milton from the filmer, Samantha's, perspective.
"Our upstairs neighbor came home after evacuating from Milton to find a collapsed ceiling," Samantha told WooGlobe. "His roof was torn off, and water poured through the ceiling, causing it to collapse.
"Water then poured through our ceiling on the floor below his, causing it to bow and bubble."
