Billionaire Investor Mark Cuban mocked Donald Trump's tariff proposals at a rally for Kamala Harris in Wisconsin, suggesting Trump misunderstands tariffs. Cuban pointed out that U.S. importers, not China, pay tariffs and criticized Trump’s plan to raise taxes on Chinese imports by up to 60%. Cuban suggested that Trump once understood tariffs but no longer grasps how they work. He compared it to Trump's earlier claim that Mexico would pay for the border wall.
