New tropical threat to dump heavy rainfall in Caribbean islands

A tropical rainstorm is targeting the Caribbean islands including Puerto Rico, Hispaniola, Jamaica, Cuba and the Bahamas. The tropical threat will dump heavy rainfall into these regions this weekend.
