During the act of handover and acceptance of command of the Bolivarian national armed force, the Venezuelan head of state expressed that the country is on the right side of history. He assured that the country has the military power it needs for its defense. He also congratulated the national armed force for its work and results in the defense of the sovereignty of the Venezuelan territory.
