Interstate 20 in Georgia was closed after a fire broke out at a chemical plant east of Atlanta, sending massive plumes of thick, dark smoke into the air.
This video shows Patrick stumbling upon the awe-inspiring sight after following the smoke trail.
As he approaches the disaster zone, he finds himself stuck in traffic.
Initially worried that the fire signals a greater danger, Patrick is somewhat relieved to learn it was caused by a mishap at BioLab in Conyers, Georgia.
In addition to the road closures, the fire prompted several evacuations as smoke spread beyond the plant.
