A warden employed at a centre linked to GISB Sdn Bhd was charged in the Butterworth Sessions Court on Monday (Oct 14) for physical sexual assault on a 13-year-old boy two years ago.
Muhammad Miqdam Muhammad Amir, 24, pleaded not guilty to the charge before Judge Zulhazmi Abdullah.
