France: Remnants of hurricane Kirk sweeps across Western Europe

The remnants of hurricane Kirk moved into Western Europe on Wednesday, sweeping across Portugal, Spain, and especially France. Strong winds knocked down trees in Portugal and Spain before dumping heavy rains on France that left at least one dead.
