• Salt: 1 and half tbsp / according to your taste
• Yoghurt: half cup
• Tamarind pulp: 2 tbsp
• Water: 1 and half cup

• Yoghurt: half cup
• Food colour: half tsp
• Zafrani kavra: 2 tbsp
• Nutmeg & Mace powder: half tsp

• Water : 2-3 litr
• Soacked rice : 1 kg
• Green cardamom: 2
• Cinnamon sticks: 1
• Cloves: 3-4
• Cumin : ¼ tsp
• salt: 3 tbsp / according to your taste
• Kavra water: 3 tbsp
• Ghee: 2 tbsp
• Fried onion : 1 tbsp

• Dried plums: 4-5
• Coriander & mint leafs: half half handfull
