Time to strengthen those thumbies! Grip Strength ALWAYS comes down to Thumb Strength, but not many seem to know how to go about it! Here's some Rim Lifting with the plates facing inwards so the thumbs do ALL the work. What better way to hit thumbs than by lifting some Spartans Football 90lbers(94lb lefty & 92½lb righty).
