Foxconn is constructing the world’s largest facility in Mexico to bundle Nvidia's GB200 superchips, crucial for the Blackwell family computing platform. Foxconn's senior VP, Benjamin Ting, announced the project during the company’s tech day in Taipei. Nvidia began shipping Blackwell samples in August and expects significant revenue from these chips in the fourth quarter.
