Have you ever wanted to live in a house formerly owned by Cristiano Ronaldo? Well, now you can after his former Cheshire home was listed online for £5million.
Two years after his messy exit from former club Man United, the Portuguese star's mansion in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, remains on the market.
Ronaldo has already had to significantly lower the initial February 2023 listing price of £5.5m, with the seven-bedroom house now tagged with a guide price of £5m.
The property, which is on the market with Jackson-Stops, has been showcased by The Luxury Home Show on Instagram.
A prospective new owner of the 23-acre estate would acquire a two-bedroom guest barn and the stunning main house in Alderley.
Other features include a cinema room, a wine store, a leisure suite with pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi, and a padel court - which were all showcased online.
Despite moving into the stunning mansion when he completed a shock return to Old Trafford, in September 2021, the striker is said to have switched his house in Cheshire for a £ 3 million one owned by a former Manchester United star Andrew Cole.
Cristiano was reported to have moved partner Georgina Rodriguez and their four children from their first house less than a week before finding the new place.
A source told The Sun at the time: 'While the property is beautiful and is nestled in rolling fields and woodland, it was also close to sheep which are very noisy early in the morning.
'It had a public footpath across the land and the road at the front gave a view inside its gates.
'Ronaldo is a true pro who places a lot on rest and recovery after games, so it was decided it was best if he and his family moved.'
His new mansion, which is understood to also be in Cheshire and owned by United legend Cole, allegedly comes with a pool, cinema, and a garage big enough for four cars. It also reportedly comes with CCTV cameras, and electric gates and has security guards on patrol.
Ronaldo left Manchester in 2022 and joined Saudi Arabian giants Al-Nassr, as he led the way for European stars to embark on a new career in the Middle East.
In January, it was reported that the Portuguese superstar bought a mansion on Jumeirah Bay Island, which is better known as 'Billionaires Island', a secluded Dubai enclave that is home to the super-rich.
The report claims Ronaldo will receive the mega-mansion at some point in 2024 and while specifications are not known, it is rumored to cost in the region of tens of millions.
It is known as Billionaires Island because the number of billionaires who live there per square km reportedly surpasses any other location in the UAE, with Bloomberg also reporting how the island is home to wealthy Saudis, Israelis, Indians, and Russians.
A developer reportedly began to scoop up parts of the land on the secluded, seahorse-shaped Jumeirah Bay Island during the early stages of the pandemic.
After several years of construction, 10 mega-mansions have been built, with the Dubai-bas
