"A few months ago, Cece (daughter) started having trouble with childcare drop-offs - for a few weeks she would cry hysterically and carers needed to peel her off me," Kate told WooGlobe. "So, we decided to try drawing hearts on our hands to keep us connected throughout the day - it changes from hearts to stars to balls.
"Some days are still hard, but at least she has something to look at during the day and remember that 'mummy lubs me.'"
