Singapore's former transport minister S. Iswaran will start serving his 12-month jail sentence after revealing that he was not appealing the sentence handed down by the High Court on October 3.
The 62-year-old was accompanied by a relative as he walked up to court to surrender himself ahead of the 4pm deadline on Monday (Oct 7).
