• Meat : 1 kg
• Ghee: 300 grams
• garlic paste 1 tbsp
• ginger paste 1/4 tsp
• Onion: 120 grams
• Red chilli powder: 15 grams
• Kashmiri Red chilli powder: 5 grams
• Salt: 20 grams / according to your taste
• Fennel powder: 8 grams
• cumin powder : 8 grams
• Dried ginger powder: 8 grams
• Water: 2 litr
• Wheat Flour : 140 grams
• Garam masala powder: 8 grams
• Garnish it with fresh Coriander leafs,Ginger, Green chilli & lemon
• If you want to add any item you can like : Nalli , Brain, Desi ghee etc
