In terms of design, the appearance and interior of the 2025 new Mondeo model basically continue the design of the current model. It has a very recognizable, dynamic, wide-mouth grille, and the headlights are very sharp. The main change is the addition of purple.
The hidden door handles are kept on the side of the body. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4935/1875/1500mm, respectively, and the wheelbase is 2945mm. At the rear of the car, the transition-type taillights and the silver-plated strips extending to the left and right lower further expand the visual effect of the rear of the car.
The interior is now available in black, purple and light gray. Currently equipped with a 1.1-meter-long 27-inch full-type multimedia touch screen, the new Mondeo series also supports the parallel world function of Android and Apple mobile phones. It supports the projection and operation of mobile phone applications, providing greater convenience and efficiency.
In terms of power, it offers 1.5T/2.0T gasoline and 1.5T/2.0T gasoline-electric hybrid systems. The new Ford Mondeo 1.5T gasoline engine has a maximum power of 140kW and a maximum torque of 258N·m; the 2.0T gasoline engine has a maximum power of 187kW and a maximum torque of 393N·m. The transmission system of the gasoline version is an 8-speed automatic transmission. The newly added 1.5T Hybrid Comfort is equipped with a 1.5T hybrid system with a comprehensive system power of 153kW, paired with an E-CVT transmission, and its WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption is 4.56L/100km.
