In its latest update, the Israel Defense Forces reported that warplanes struck approximately 280 Hezbollah targets in Lebanon on Wednesday.
These strikes targeted launch platforms used for attacks on northern Israel, as well as weapons depots and military infrastructure.
In a recently released video, Army Chief Herzi Halevi emphasized the strikes are part of preparations for a potential ground operation to ensure the safe return of residents in the north of Israel.
According to the UN 90,000 people have been displaced in Lebanon since Monday.
