The “Presto” is the third movement of Antonio Vivaldi’s Concerto in G minor, Op. 8 No. 2, RV 315, commonly known as “Summer” from The Four Seasons. This movement is characterized by its rapid tempo and energetic rhythms, depicting a fierce summer storm. It is part of Vivaldi’s set of four violin concertos, each representing a different season of the year. The “Presto” is renowned for its vivid imagery and technical demands on the solo violinist.
