32 "mat rempit" were taken to a surau for Subuh prayers and a motivational talk following a traffic operation at Jalan Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday (Sept 22).
KL Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief ACP Mohd Zamzuri Mohd Isa said the individuals, aged 15 to 25, were detained during 'Op Samseng Jalanan'.
