All of Sarah's worries about how her daughter would react to her birthday surprise vanished when the adorable young girl instantly expressed her joy.
"Here's my daughter's reaction to her third birthday garden surprise," Sarah told WooGlobe. "She is currently being tested for autism and really only likes being at home, so we celebrated her birthday in the garden with the closest people."
