Peter is furious to find out about the rental agreement. Nick enjoys putting the boot in and tells Peter how Leanne put him in touch with George. Peter's jealousy is evident as he confronts Nick in the Rovers, telling him to stay away from Leanne. Ciaran has to step in before a fight breaks out.
