A tropical depression that is what's left from Typhoon Yagi has reached Thailand, killing four and leaving thousands more stranded amid flash floods and landslides. Asia's most powerful storm this year has already impacted 9,000 households in Thailand after killing at least 150 people in Vietnam and 24 across China and the Philippines.
